C.A.Demi grew up in a steel town in central Pennsylvania. He has worked on farms, in bakeries, and shoveling rocks in a gravel pit. He also attended Bennington College, where he studied creative writing.
Currently living and writing in the Ocean State, his fiction has appeared in numerous literary journals and anthologies. He has also received the honor of being named for a 2016 fellowship award in fiction from the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts.
